Ibisabwa kugira abakenyezi n’abigeme bagire igikiriza ciza

Igikiriza ni igihimba c’umubiri gikwiye kubungabungwa neza na cane cane igikiriza c’abapfasoni n’abigeme kuko ari igihimba gikunda kubangamirwa n’indwara zitandukanye.
Igikiriza n’igihimba gisanzwe gikundwa cane, haba ku ruhande rw’abagabo, haba ku ruhande rw’abakenyezi.

Hari abantu benshi bibaza ko kugira igikiriza ciza bisabwa kuba bava mu muryango kanaka canke kuba ari ba rurangiranwa, bigaca bibatuma bisuzugura, ntibihe agaciro, ugaca usanga mbere batanakicitayeho. Iyo umuntu yifashe neza, agira amagara meza kandi agasa neza.
