Kuri uno munsi igenekerezo rya 13 Myandagaro 2013, isi yose irahimbaza umunsi mpuzamakungu w’abakoresha ukubamfu. Isi yose yashimye guhimbaza uwo munsi bamwe babona ko ari ubumuga, yamara siko bimeze kuko benshi mu bakoresha ukubamfu unasanga ari abahinga kandi bagashobora gukoresha ukubamfu ivyo ukuboko canke ukuguru kw’iburyo bidashobora gukora, kandi bakabikora neza.
